LYMPHAPHERESIS FOR CAR-T CELL THERAPY: PREDICTION OF CD3+ CELL COUNTS USING AN AUTOMATED HEMATOLOGY ANALYZER

چکیده
キムリア製造には，原料細胞として必要十分なCD3＋リンパ球を採取する必要がある．本研究では，Tisagenlecleucel治療を目的としたリンパ球採取を行った30例（小児5例・成人25例）を後方視的に解析し，血球自動分析装置で測定した採取途中産物中リンパ球数（CBC-Ly）と採取前末梢血CD3＋比率から最終産物のCD3＋リンパ球数が予測可能であるか検討した．
